These terms are between you and Loved Scents LLC, doing business as RelicsDisc. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Game identifications and values are automated estimates for information and entertainment, based on recent market sales and our own calculations. They are not appraisals, authentication, grading or offers to buy, are not guaranteed, and may be wrong. Actual prices depend on condition, completeness, region and the buyer. Do not rely on them to buy, sell or insure items; consult a qualified professional for valuable items.
RelicsDisc Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (yearly, with a free trial where offered, or monthly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase or when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Photo identification has daily limits to keep the service available. Barcode scanning and title search are not limited.
Game titles, console names and logos belong to their owners. RelicsDisc is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Sega, Sony or any publisher.
RelicsDisc Values is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Loved Scents LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the app or reliance on its estimates.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
